Pardon my dust! The website is still under construction - there may be placeholders, missing info, broken links, or other minor gaffs.
service policies.
Most one-time contracts will have a three-hour minimum applied, unless otherwise agreed upon.
This policy is in place to make sure that each contract is balanced with gas expenses and value provided.
Recurring clients will receive priority when scheduling. Recurrent clients will also be prioritized based on both history and level of their service.
Projects and events will be prioritized by the level of service required, after recurrent clients.
Availability will be restricted during the holiday season (October-January), and rush requests during that time will likely be denied.
All appointments and requests are fulfilled based on availability.
If any purchases are made using company funds, they will be invoiced separately to the client. Receipt copies can be provided upon request. Purchases will not be marked up.
Examples of reimbursed purchases:
Groceries
Household Supplies
paper stock, cleaning sprays, appliances, et cetera
Organizational Supplies
bins, dividers/separators, shelving, et cetera
Requested Items
replacements, lightbulbs, gifts, et cetera
When a client requests coordination with a third-party provider, the provider's fees remain the client's responsibility.
Services are customized to each client's needs.
If a requested task falls outside my standard services, we will determine how it can be accommodated during the consultation process.
